Ms. Carrano's blog

Hi my name is Lauren Carrano! I want to take this time to share some information about myself. This is my 4th year teaching at Thurmont Primary School. I moved to Frederick County after graduating from The Pennsylvania State University. I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Hood College, with plans to graduate in 2012. My hobbies include watching Steelers and Penn State football, reading, cooking, and traveling. I live with 2 cats, Tag and Peanut, in my new condominium in downtown Frederick. I am very excited to start the new school year and strive to build each students' body, brain, and heart power. My goal is to have your child leave my classroom being a successful learner that enjoys being in school. To help your child achieve this goal, I will need your help throughout the school year!
