Hello!  Welcome parents.  My name is Mr. Flitton.

This is my 14th year of teaching.  I have taught 1st and 4th grade.

I believe in having a strong classroom management plan to ensure that students are provided with a conducive environment in which to be successful.

I have both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Elementary Education.  Also, I'm currently enrolled in the Hood graduate certificate program for leadership.

I feel fortunate to work in such a wonderfrul profession as teaching.  It is also great to work in such a supportive community as Urbana.
