My name is Mrs. Hershey.  I currently teach 4th grade at Urbana Elementary.

I have taught for 32 years in Frederick County.  My teaching experience includes all grade levels and ability levels.

I believe that all children can learn and be successful given encouragement, praise, support and time.

I have a B.S. in Elementary Education, a Masters Degree in Reading, and 30 additional credits in the education field.
